HDR - High Dynamic Range Technology is used with professional Nikon equipment for perfectly balanced, bright, colourful images. The images will be edited in Lightroom and in Photoshop as needed. Wide and square formats will be provided for web and mobile use. Drone photos can be provided where possible at an extra cost. Price is subject to change depending on the size of the property. Add life to your listing with an interactive floorplan. Clicking on thumbnails on a 2D floorplan will move you through the property, showcasing the actual image taken inside. Great option for giving a deeper insight into your porperty to your potential clients! Requires photos of the property. Price is subject to change depending on the size of the property. Using 360º HDR photos, a virtual walkthrough will be created to give your potential clients a real life feeling of your property. The package includes the creation and editing of 360º HDR photos, as well as the creation and 6 months of hosting of your VT. Self hosting options are available if you have your own server space (fees apply). The Virtual Tour can be uploaded to Google Street View for extra visibility at an extra cost. My Gear - It Matters!

Gear is not everything. A keen eye, creative approach, technical knowledge, and 15 years of experience are a pre-requisite to capture great images. However, doing it with the best possible equipment definitely makes a difference in the result!
High - end cameras and lenses excel in capturing deep details that smartphones are simply not capable of. The size of the sensors sets fixed limitations on what is possible with consumer grade equipment. Shooting in a RAW format with a professional Full Frame camera gives exponentially more details in colours, shadows and highlights.
High quality lenses reduce distortion, chromatic aberration, colour fringing, and many other unwanted artefacts that make amateur photos look bad, even if you don’t realise it at first.
I am a licensed Drone Pilot, drone photos and videos are available upon request in selected areas.
